This overnight position is critical to the hotel's daily operations, bridging the gap between the end of one business day and the start of another.
In this role, you will manage the front desk with a high degree of integrity, handling confidential guest records and maintaining accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions. Your day-to-day involves verifying room charges, managing daily paperwork such as occupancy reports and balance sheets, and performing regular security walks. You will also take on guest service duties, including handling requests, blocking rooms, and preparing continental breakfasts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
