As a Night Auditor, you will be the backbone of our hotel's nightly operations, balancing revenue and settling accounts to ensure a seamless start to each new day. This role is unique in its blend of financial precision and guest service; while you perform essential bookkeeping activities like auditing cashiers and reconciling credit card transactions, you also act as a Guest Service Agent, checking guests in and out and resolving inquiries. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction scores, as you strive to maintain a welcoming environment even during the quietest hours.
We are committed to your professional development. This position serves as a strategic stepping stone within our organization, offering a clear trajectory toward roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, and ultimately Front Office Manager.
The Night Auditor role requires flexibility, as schedules vary and may include weekends and holidays. The environment is active, requiring you to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. We prioritize safety, expecting all team members to practice safe work habits and wear protective equipment.
At HHM Hotels, our core beliefs drive everything we do: "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It." We foster a culture where every team member is valued and empowered to deliver excellence.
HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, religion, disability, veteran status, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other group protected by law.
