We work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

At Lee Health, we care for you so that you can care for others. We prioritize exceptional patient care in a collaborative setting that encourages work-life balance, continuous education, and clinical excellence. We are guided by our mission to be a trusted partner, empowering healthier lives through care and compassion, and our vision to inspire hope and be a national leader in health and healing.

About the Role

Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art, family-centered pediatric hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our youngest patients. Our Level III NICU offers advanced neonatal care, specializing in treating premature and medically complex infants. In this supportive, team-oriented environment, you will examine, evaluate, and test individuals to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. You will design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations while promoting fitness, health, and wellness. Due to the high acuity of this position, we are unable to consider new graduates for this role.
