Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art, family-centered pediatric hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our youngest patients. Our Level III NICU offers advanced neonatal care, specializing in treating premature and medically complex infants. As a NICU Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on neurodevelopmental support, feeding therapy, and sensory integration to help our tiniest patients thrive.
In this supportive, team-oriented environment, you will examine, evaluate, and test individuals to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. You will design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations while promoting fitness, health, and wellness. Success in this role requires critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to learning. Due to the high acuity of this position, we are unable to consider new graduates for this role.
