About the Role
Maximus is seeking a New Provider Liaison (NPL) to join the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This remote position serves as the primary point of contact for newly contracted medical providers, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure proficiency in performing Compensation and Pension examinations.
The NPL acts as a bridge between initial training and independent practice. You will equip providers with essential tools, offering guidance on DBQ worksheets, VA rating criteria, and technical support for the VES Portal. Your role involves conducting orientation training, analyzing early reports for quality trends, and facilitating remedial retraining sessions when necessary. By working closely with Quality Control, Scheduling, and Recruiting departments, you help maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency within the VES ecosystem.
Work Environment & Requirements
This is a fully remote opportunity requiring a private work area with a stable internet connection (20mbps or higher) via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Maximus provides all necessary computer equipment for the role. Due to contract requirements, candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders and must permanently reside in the Continental US. Remote work must be conducted from the specific location designated at the time of hire; travel is not permitted.
The role operates on a fixed shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Hiring Process & Application
