About the Role

The HCA Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to shepherd new graduates through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse. This program provides a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents to foster learning, clinical application, and professional socialization.

As a Nurse Resident, you will be surrounded by a culture that invests in your growth. The role offers hands-on experience to establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills through advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, and preceptorship. You will work collaboratively on evidence-based practice projects and receive mentoring from experienced nurse leaders. The program is structured to assist you in moving from the classroom setting into a successful hospital environment, ensuring you have the tools necessary to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
