As a Network Engineer based in Anchorage, AK, you will play a critical role in developing network topologies and disaster recovery plans. Your work will involve implementing Department of Defense (DOD) cybersecurity controls and Risk Management Framework (RMF) protocols to support secure communication links and reporting. This position requires providing technical support and troubleshooting while contributing to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation. You will also provide surge support during fiscal year-end periods.
The role operates within a warehouse environment with periodic customer interaction. While the schedule is standard (8 am to 5 pm), the position requires occasional after-hours availability, on-call duties, and travel to remote or field locations. Employees must maintain a constant state of mental alertness and situational awareness to successfully perform essential functions.
