We are launching a new Adherence Engineering Team dedicated to transforming patient health outcomes through technology. Our mission is to design and build scalable solutions that help medical practices improve vaccination adherence via targeted outreach and automation. Early pilot programs have already validated our approach, demonstrating over a 10% increase in vaccination rates when practices leverage our tools. This team plays a pivotal role in operationalizing these capabilities to support our growing network of practices and drive meaningful impact in public health.
As a hands-on Technical Lead and experienced .NET engineer, you will spearhead the development of this new team. You will not only architect high-performance, scalable software but also cultivate a collaborative engineering culture grounded in trust, craftsmanship, and delivery excellence. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring engineers, shaping platform architecture, and partnering with product and business teams to define the future of vaccine adherence solutions. From initial design through production deployment and support, you will guide the team in building maintainable, well-tested code that balances performance with reliability.
