The Navigator I is a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team made up of internal and external stakeholders. This role is designed to enhance the likelihood of success for clients by identifying and reducing barriers, connecting them with needed services and resources, and mapping out the most appropriate next steps for ongoing success.
You will work with individuals determined to need additional support and engagement, conducting outreach, case management, and ongoing wrap-around supportive services. The Navigator I operates within a "no wrong door" treatment approach, ensuring that licensed practical nurses and support staff can dramatically improve the quality of life for patients from all walks of life.

Associates Degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health. 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations. 1-3 years of substance abuse/mental health recovery-oriented service.
Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health is preferred.
