About the Role

As a Sittercity caregiver, you will provide dependable and engaging care to children of all ages. This role exists to support families in their communities by offering flexible, consistent job opportunities that fit your lifestyle and availability. You will be the trusted face of child care for families, creating a safe and nurturing environment for their children.

In this role, you will supervise and participate in age-appropriate activities, prepare simple meals or snacks, and help with bedtime routines for evening jobs. You will also perform light cleanup related to child care and follow family instructions and household routines. The platform provides user-friendly tools to search, book, and manage jobs in one place, allowing you to build your schedule and manage your work efficiently.

Hiring Process

To join Sittercity, you must create a verified profile on our platform. Once your profile is approved, you can search for and book jobs directly with families. Payments are handled directly between the family and the sitter, outside of Sittercity's platform.
