The Multimedia Designer is a professional-level position dedicated to leading the visual development and execution of multimedia, motion, and digital creative content for Positiv TV. This role serves as a critical bridge between marketing concepts and audience engagement, requiring advanced creative talent and independent judgment to communicate the organization's brand, mission, and values-driven messaging across digital and social platforms.
In this capacity, you will exercise discretion in selecting visual styles and production methods to meet campaign objectives. You will translate programming concepts into cohesive visual narratives, ensuring that every piece of content—from motion graphics to social media assets—upholds the highest standards of broadcast quality and brand integrity.
Your work will span the full creative lifecycle, from conceptual ideation to final production. You will independently design and produce original motion creative content, utilizing tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to craft animations, video content, and lower thirds that enhance storytelling. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to managing the social media content calendar, where you will upload and publish platform-specific visual content while staying ahead of evolving design trends.
Beyond production, you will act as a brand steward, conducting final quality reviews to ensure technical and aesthetic consistency across all deliverables. You will collaborate closely with marketing and channel leadership to provide strategic creative recommendations and contribute input during Quarterly Business Review planning. Additionally, you will engage directly with the community by responding to viewer submissions via Hubspot in a professional and timely manner.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing original multimedia and motion creative work. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can exercise independent judgment in matters of artistic and professional significance.
Positiv TV is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We value the unique perspectives that individuals from all backgrounds bring to our team and strive to foster an environment where creativity and professional growth thrive.
