Key Responsibilities
- check_circleIndependently manage cases from intake through resolution
- check_circleDevelop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis
- check_circleDraft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- check_circleAppear at hearings and trials as necessary
- check_circleMaintain substantive communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Requirements
- verifiedJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience
- verifiedActive licensure in two or more listed states (CA, FL, MA, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, WA)
- verifiedFL-licensed attorney must reside outside the state of FL
- verifiedProficiency in Mac/Apple operating systems
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- verifiedProficiency in Adobe Acrobat
