We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician to join our plant maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH. This role plays a key part in supporting safe and reliable operations for our manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician, you will be instrumental in identifying and preventing issues within the plant. Safety for both our employees and our products is critical; in this role, you will support our safety objectives by proactively assessing your work environment and addressing electrical concerns as they arise. You will also contribute by sharing your knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements with your team members to promote a safer, more productive workplace.
This is a night-shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) featuring a 3-day weekend every other weekend. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and unplanned repairs on production equipment, applying industrial electrical and mechanical knowledge to identify issues and document work in accordance with plant procedures. Your day will involve analyzing equipment failures using schematics and diagnostics, maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED
- verifiedOperational understanding of manufacturing processes
- verifiedPLC (Rockwell), VFD, HMI (panel views), Motor Control Systems including Servos, Instrumentation knowledge
- verifiedTroubleshoot and repair 24V – 480V safety circuits, photo eyes, and proximity sensors
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical drawings, prints, schematics, and computer programs
- verifiedDemonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
