About the Role

Join our plant maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH, as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician. This night-shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) plays a key role in supporting safe and reliable operations, featuring a 3-day weekend every other weekend. You will be an essential part of identifying and preventing issues within the plant environment, where the safety of both employees and products is critical.

In this role, you will proactively assess your work environment to address electrical issues as they arise. You will contribute by sharing your knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements with your team members, helping to promote a safer and more productive workplace. Your work will directly support our safety objectives while ensuring the continuous operation of our production equipment.
