We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician to join our plant maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH. This role plays a key part in supporting safe and reliable operations, ensuring our production environment remains efficient and secure.

About the Role

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician, you will be instrumental in identifying and preventing issues within the plant. Safety for both our employees and our products is critical; in this role, you will support our safety objectives by proactively assessing your work environment and addressing electrical issues as they arise. You will contribute by sharing your knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements with your team members, helping to promote a safer and more productive workplace.

This is a night-shift position working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, featuring a 3-day weekend every other weekend. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and unplanned repairs on production equipment, applying solid industrial electrical and mechanical knowledge to identify issues and document work in accordance with plant procedures. Additionally, you will analyze and repair equipment failures using schematics and diagnostics, while identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
