As an MRI Technologist, you will join our team in an on-site capacity to perform high-quality MRI exams. Your primary mission is to ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while adhering to established protocols. This role is vital to our diagnostic capabilities, requiring you to collaborate closely with radiologists and care teams to prioritize and complete imaging orders efficiently.
In your day-to-day, you will verify patient identity, explain procedures, and position patients for optimal scanning. You will operate MRI equipment, adjusting parameters to ensure diagnostic quality while maintaining precise documentation in our EMR and PACS systems. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for screening patients for contraindications, adhering to strict safety guidelines, and performing basic equipment checks to ensure operational readiness.
Candidates are expected to hold ARRT (R) certification and ARRT (MR) post-primary certification (or obtain it within the specified timeframe), along with a valid State radiologic technologist license in Ohio.
