When you come to Yale New Haven Health System, you'll work with leaders in medicine and be part of the cutting edge in your field. Our Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is dedicated to advancing clinical training and education for radiologic technologists.
This position offers a unique paid opportunity for board-certified radiologic technologists to further their careers through advanced modality training and certification without any loss of income. You will join our paid Residency Program, which features two separate hybrid pathways: a 6-month Computed Tomography (CT) program or a 12-month Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program. Through this role, you will gain both clinical training and didactic education designed to elevate your expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work in our new $838M, 505,000 square foot Adams Neurosciences Center, opening in 2027. As the largest project of its kind in state history, the center is being designed to make it even easier for the entire clinical team to collaborate throughout each patient's continuum of care. This collaboration spans from the prehospital setting, during hospitalization, and through early recovery.
Two cohorts of residents will be accepted each year, with programs beginning in January and July. Candidates must be ARRT-certified in Radiography by the start date of either program.
