About the Role
We are looking to hire Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule while earning weekly pay. Your primary responsibility is to verify property occupancy, report general property conditions, and handle letter delivery or posting. While the majority of inspections are basic exteriors, some roles may require contact by door knock or letter delivery. Additionally, there will be opportunities for inspections requiring interior access to secured or vacant properties, as well as appointment-based insurance loss inspections.
Territory Coverage
This position covers the following counties: Madison, Thurston, Wayne, Dakota, Dixon, Cedar, Stanton, Pierce, and Knox.
