We are seeking a dynamic Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Financial Services Branch. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homebuyers, guiding them through the financing journey from initial inquiry to funding. Your mission is to promote our mortgage products, develop business within builder communities, and manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
You will spend your day reviewing new leads, conducting interviews to understand borrower goals, and advising clients on the loan programs that best suit their needs. This position requires active pipeline management to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved. You will also represent the company at sales meetings, builder communities, and grand opening functions, often requiring weekend coverage and occasional overnight travel.
