About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to drive automation excellence in our mobile and web testing initiatives. Whether focusing on iOS frameworks, enterprise Selenium solutions, or cross-platform mobile and web applications, you will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering team. Your mission is to design, build, and scale robust automation frameworks from scratch, translating business requirements into efficient, reusable test scripts. You will integrate these suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation, manage testing across diverse device matrices, and drive best practices in exploratory testing and documentation.
In these roles, you will collaborate closely with offshore teams, leadership stakeholders, and engineering groups to align quality strategies with business goals. You will execute and optimize performance and load testing, ensure system reliability, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and QA excellence.

Requirements
- verified8+ years mobile application testing with iOS focus

Experience with Android testing and cross-platform automation; Knowledge of API test automation frameworks; Hands-on experience in accessibility (a11y) testing for mobile applications; Familiarity with emerging tools such as Maestro (YAML-based automation); Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile environments; Experience in the mortgage or financial services domain; Exposure to tools such as Loan Runner or similar lending platforms; Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing quality strategy; Ability to mentor team members and drive QA best practices and innovation; Strong experience in business workflow validation and real-world scenario testing; Experience in performance testing and security testing; Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for test environments; Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for test execution; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
