About the Role
Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. As brand ambassadors, you will build energy and excitement around our products and services. You will immerse yourself in significant connections with our customers, thriving in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.
This role is a learning position where new associates work with their team to build skills and proficiencies in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. You will be required to successfully complete new employee training within the first 90 days. Once training is completed, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role.
