About the Role

As a Merchandiser for the Greater Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and Novato, CA territory, you will be the face of our brands at retail locations. You are responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper products, ensuring they are stocked and displayed correctly on shelves and coolers within assigned large accounts.

This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work independently to manage your assigned tasks while maintaining strong interactions with store personnel. A typical day involves staying active, lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products to maintain optimal store presentation. While you will use your personal vehicle to travel between stores in your territory, product delivery is handled in advance, so you are not responsible for transporting inventory.

You will report directly to your assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement.
