Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support daily warehouse club operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for our members. Associates play a key part in the logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.
Day in the Life
As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, your day typically involves unloading deliveries and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and organizing backroom inventory. The role also includes labeling merchandise and setting up promotional displays to drive sales.
In addition to stocking duties, you may assist members with locating merchandise, helping to enhance their shopping experience. Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards is a core part of the position. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for opening, ensuring the club is ready for the next day's business.
