Day in the Life
As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, your day typically involves unloading deliveries and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and organizing backroom inventory. The role also requires ensuring that products are properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
In addition to stocking duties, you may assist members with locating merchandise and help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts typically focus on stocking and preparing the store for opening, ensuring that the sales floor is ready for the next day's business.
