About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, safe, and well-stocked environment for members. Associates play a key part in the logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is properly received, stored, and displayed for customer access.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for the physical flow of goods within the club. Your day typically involves unloading delivery trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will stock shelves and bulk displays, ensuring that inventory is rotated and products are correctly labeled. A significant portion of the role involves organizing backroom inventory and setting up promotional displays to drive sales.

Beyond stocking duties, you will assist members by helping them locate merchandise and will help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for opening, the store for the next day's operations.
