About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking dedicated to supporting daily warehouse club operations by maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe environment for our members. The Merchandise and Stocking Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that products are available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase. This position focuses on the logistical backbone of the store, from receiving deliveries to preparing the sales floor for the next day of business.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for unloading trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will stock shelves and bulk displays, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and organize backroom inventory. A key part of your role involves ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed according to safety and organizational standards.

Beyond the physical tasks, you will assist members with locating merchandise, contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will also help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts typically focus on stocking and preparing the store for opening, ensuring the club is ready for the next day's operations.
