Job Description
About the Role
This position is for a full-time traveling assignment, with locations across the United States supporting our sports projects. You will report to our Sports Market Segment Group. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred.
As a Traveling MEP Project Executive, you will lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of MEP systems on one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will also contribute to securing new work for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and coordinate all phases of MEP systems on projects from preconstruction through closeout
- check_circleManage and lead multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion
- check_circleOversee the development and implementation of the master project schedule
- check_circleProvide oversight for budget and financial management for all assigned projects
- check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and design community for business development
- check_circleCollaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to secure new work for the business unit
- check_circleOversee administration of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program
- check_circleDrive enforcement of safety protocols by project staff
- check_circleProvide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee decisions
- check_circleDevelop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree plus minimum of eighteen years' related experience or equivalent combination
- verifiedThorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles
- verifiedKnowledge of accounting principles
- verifiedKnowledge of regional market and sales/closing skills
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule
- verifiedAbility to implement Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean
- verifiedPrior sports related project experience strongly preferred
