CGRC's Truancy and Delinquency Prevention Program serves as a dedicated advocate for appropriate educational services and within the justice system. Our Clinicians act as champions, identifying areas of need, connecting families with vital resources, and advocating on their behalf. The program operates with flexible hours based on client needs and availability, delivering therapy in diverse settings including homes, schools, and the community.
We partner with client families to build robust support systems and reach their full potential for independent success. This role is ideal for those seeking to expand their clinical competencies through a variety of evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents displaying social, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders.
As a Clinician, you will provide a continuum of intensive, home, school, and community-based services. Your work will encompass intensive case management, system advocacy, information and referral, and a wide range of therapy modalities including individual, group, family, and couples counseling, as well as crisis intervention and stabilization.
You will be a Change Agent within the Child Guidance partnership, embracing new clinical experiences both individually and as part of a collaborative team. The role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing measurable treatment goals, and maintaining accurate case documentation while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
We are a premier children's provider that views our clinicians as strategic partners. We offer reimbursed comprehensive clinical supervision and training to help you develop leadership competencies and pursue your personal career interests. Whether you are furthering your education, seeking licensure supervision, or looking for internship possibilities, we are committed to being your partner.
We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and encourage personal goals focused on self-care. Our relaxed working environment features flexible schedules, and we support continuous learning and growth through organizational committees, task forces, and work groups.
