Job Description
About Us
1 in 25 adolescents and young adults will be diagnosed with serious mental illness. The majority of these families struggle to get care. Flourish is here to ensure that everybody gets the same access and quality care.
About the Role
This role is for an independently licensed mental health professional. The right person is eager to work with under-served populations that do not traditionally have access to world-class care.
The right person (you!) has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families in different stages of clinical care for significant mental health concerns. You get excited to work as part of a team. You're comfortable providing quality care in a remote setting. Above all else, you are motivated by the ultimate goal of providing the highest quality care so that everyone can achieve lasting recovery.
Our Culture
Work with an incredibly talented, quirky, passionate group of people that are setting out to reduce human suffering on a massive scale. We are dedicated to building an entirely new way to deliver care.
