As a Mental Health Therapist, you will join our Healthcare & Medical Services team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients throughout the state. This role is designed for a compassionate professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and community agencies to deliver holistic treatment.
In this position, you will serve as a key partner in the therapeutic journey, providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Your day-to-day work involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and managing mental health crises with safety and empathy. You will be part of a team that prioritizes clinical excellence and cultural competency, ensuring that care is accessible and effective for diverse populations.
