Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

As a therapist within our intensive family intervention unit, you will join a large, team-oriented group dedicated to supporting children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. Under the supervision of the Family Guidance Service Coordinator, you will provide family therapy, individual therapy, and case management directly in family homes and community locations. With a caseload of 12-15, you will play a vital role in delivering strength-based care that values wellness, creativity, and intensity.

This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, featuring rich training and the potential to train in various evidence-based treatments. You will participate in engaging clinical teams and receive weekly supervision to ensure high-quality care and continuous development.
