About the Role
We are seeking a Call Center Lender to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial resource to both existing and potential members within a contact center environment. Your primary focus is providing excellent service by utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members' financial needs.
You will be knowledgeable in all functions and processes regarding transactional and lending operations. Day-to-day, you will answer calls, troubleshoot issues, and resolve member concerns specific to loan application processing and membership openings. You will identify products and services that align with individual financial needs, assist with opening and closing accounts, and support online lending applications through virtual delivery channels.
