Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership experience. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient checkout process for our members. As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting members with their purchases, operating registers, and providing exceptional customer service at the front end of the store.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will scan merchandise, process cash and card payments, and verify memberships with accuracy and speed. You will be the go-to resource for members, answering questions, handling returns when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, you may assist members with self-checkout stations and help them with large purchases, ensuring every interaction reflects Sam’s Club’s commitment to service.
