Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by providing exceptional customer service and efficient checkout experiences. The Member Frontline Cashier plays a vital role in the daily operations of the store, ensuring that members have a positive and seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

Day in the Life

As a Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club at the front end of the store. Your primary focus will be assisting members with their purchases, operating registers, and providing friendly, helpful customer service. You will be responsible for scanning merchandise quickly and accurately, processing cash and card payments, and card transactions, and verifying memberships.

Beyond the register, you will assist members with questions, handle returns when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. You may also assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases. Your work ensures that the front end runs smoothly and that members feel valued and supported.
