Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership experience. In this role, you will assist members with their purchases, operate registers, and provide exceptional customer service at the front end of the store. Your primary goal is to ensure a friendly, efficient, and organized checkout environment that reflects Sam’s Club’s commitment to member satisfaction.

Day in the Life

As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise quickly and accurately while processing cash and card payments. You will verify memberships, assist members with questions, and handle returns when needed. Additionally, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
