About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our members, from the moment they enter the store to the final transaction. As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for providing friendly, helpful customer service while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that define the Sam’s Club experience.
Day in the Life
In this position, you will operate registers and assist members with their purchases, ensuring accuracy and speed at the front end. Your day will involve scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will also be the go-to resource for members, answering questions and providing assistance with large purchases or self-checkout stations when needed. Additionally, you will handle returns and maintain a clean, organized checkout area, following all customer service policies and cash handling procedures.
