About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our stores. This role is essential to ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our members, acting as the primary point of contact at the front end of the store. The position focuses on providing friendly customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout environment.
Day in the Life
As a Frontline Cashier, you will assist members with their purchases by scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will be responsible for handling returns when needed and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Additionally, you may assist members with self-checkout stations and help them with large purchases, ensuring every interaction is helpful and efficient.
