About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our members, from the moment they approach the register to the completion of their purchase.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for providing friendly, helpful customer service while operating registers and processing transactions. Your day will involve scanning merchandise quickly and accurately, handling cash and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will also assist members with questions, handle returns when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
In addition to traditional register duties, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring that every member leaves with a positive impression of Sam’s Club. You will adhere to Sam’s Club customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines to maintain high standards of service and security.
