About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members receive efficient, friendly, and accurate service during their shopping experience. The position focuses on assisting members with purchases, operating registers, and maintaining a welcoming environment at the front of the store.
Day in the Life
As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise and processing both cash and card payments with speed and accuracy. A key part of your day involves verifying memberships and assisting members with questions about their purchases or the store. You will also handle returns when necessary and maintain a clean, organized checkout area to ensure a smooth flow for customers.
In addition to traditional register duties, associates may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases. You are expected to follow Sam’s Club customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines to provide friendly, professional customer service throughout your shift.
