Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership experience. This role is essential to ensuring members have a smooth, friendly, and efficient shopping journey from the moment they enter the store. As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting members with their purchases, operating registers, and providing exceptional customer service at the front end of the store.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will scan merchandise, process cash and card payments, and verify memberships with accuracy and speed. You will be the go-to resource for members, answering questions, handling returns when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Associates may also assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service.
