About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our members, from the moment they enter the store to the final transaction. As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for providing friendly, helpful customer service while managing the front-end operations with accuracy and speed.
Day in the Life
In this position, you will assist members with their purchases by scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will be the go-to resource for members with questions, offering assistance with self-checkout stations and helping members manage large or heavy purchases. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area is a key part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that the front end operates smoothly and efficiently.
