About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers to assist with a focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is central to the member experience, ensuring that every interaction at the front end of the store is friendly, efficient, and accurate.

Day in the Life

As a Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, responsible for scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and processing transactions with speed and precision. You will verify memberships, assist members with questions, and handle returns when needed. Your day may also involve assisting members with large purchases and helping them navigate self-checkout stations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area is a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring a positive environment for all members.
