About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting members with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service at the front end of the store.
Why This Role Matters
As a Frontline Cashier, you play a vital part in the member experience. You will be responsible for scanning merchandise, processing payments, verifying memberships, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Your work ensures that members have a smooth, friendly, and efficient shopping experience every time they visit.
What You Will Do
You will provide friendly customer service, scan items quickly and accurately, and handle transactions. You will also assist members with self-checkout stations, answer member questions, and maintain front-end organization and cleanliness. Additionally, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases.
