Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our membership experience. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient checkout process for our members. As a Frontline Cashier, you will assist members with their purchases, operate registers, and provide high-quality customer service at the front end of the store.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and verifying memberships with accuracy and speed. You will assist members with questions, handle returns when needed, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Associates may also assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring every member feels supported throughout their shopping journey.
