About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to provide a welcoming environment for members by hiring dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members receive efficient, friendly, and accurate service during their shopping experience. The position focuses on assisting members with purchases, operating registers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Day in the Life
As a Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club for many members. Your day involves scanning merchandise quickly and accurately, processing cash and card payments, and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will assist members with questions, handle returns when needed, and help with self-checkout stations, and support members with large purchases. Throughout the shift, you will maintain a clean and organized checkout area while following customer service policies and cash handling procedures.
