About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members receive efficient, friendly, and accurate service during their shopping experience. The position focuses on assisting members with purchases, operating registers, and maintaining a welcoming environment at the front end of the store.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise and processing cash and card payments with speed and accuracy. A key part of your role involves verifying memberships and assisting members with questions, ensuring they have a seamless checkout experience. You will also handle returns when needed and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Additionally, associates may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases. This position requires following Sam’s Club customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines. The role is designed for those who enjoy providing friendly customer service and keeping the front end organized and efficient.
