About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers to assist with a passion for customer service. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members receive friendly, efficient, and accurate service during their shopping experience. As a Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, responsible for processing transactions, verifying memberships, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate registers and assist members with their purchases, ensuring that every transaction is handled with care and accuracy. Your day will involve scanning merchandise quickly and efficiently, processing cash and card payments, and card payments, and verifying memberships to ensure a smooth checkout process. You will also be the go-to person for answering member questions, handling returns when needed, and providing assistance with self-checkout stations, and helping members with large purchases.
