Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the welcoming face of our stores. In this role, you will assist members with their purchases, operate registers, and provide exceptional customer service at the front end of the store. Your primary goal is to ensure a friendly, efficient, and organized checkout experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Day in the Life

As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise quickly and accurately while processing cash and card payments. You will verify memberships, assist members with questions, and handle returns when needed. You will also maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that the front end remains welcoming and efficient. Additionally, associates may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, providing support wherever it is needed to ensure member satisfaction.
