About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing members by providing exceptional customer service and efficient checkout experiences. The Member Frontline Cashier plays a vital role in the front end of the store, ensuring that members have a positive and seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, interacting with members daily. Your primary focus will be assisting members with their purchases, operating registers, and providing friendly, helpful customer service. You will scan merchandise quickly and accurately, process cash and card payments, and verify memberships. Additionally, you will handle returns when needed and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. You may also assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases.
