About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers to assist with a passion for customer service. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members have a seamless and positive shopping experience from the moment they approach the register to the completion of their purchase.
What You Will Do
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, providing friendly and efficient service to every member who walks through the door. Your primary focus will be on assisting members with their purchases, operating registers with speed and accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for scanning merchandise, processing various payment methods, verifying memberships, and handling returns when necessary.
Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the checkout area. You may also assist members with self-checkout stations and help those who need support, and aid members with large or heavy purchases. Your ability to answer questions and resolve issues promptly will contribute to a high level of member satisfaction.
