About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers to assist with a passion for customer service. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members have a seamless and positive shopping experience from the moment they approach the register.
Day in the Life
As a Frontline Cashier, you will be the face of Sam’s Club, providing friendly and efficient service to members. Your day will involve scanning merchandise quickly and accurately, processing various payment methods including cash and cards, and verifying memberships. You will also be responsible for handling returns, answering member questions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, you may assist members with large purchases and help manage self-checkout stations.
